Loaf Pan Popsicles

In this recipe , we’ll show you how to make Loaf Pan Popsicles

1/2 cups (613g) vanilla yogurt
3 cups (450g) frozen strawberries
Zest and Juice of half a lemon
1 ripe banana

How to make

You can use any recipe for this method but for ours we added 1/2 cups of full fat vanilla yogurt to a blender then added 2 cups of whole frozen strawberries, the zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon and finally 1 ripe banana

Blend this on high until the mixture is nice and smooth. If you don’t have a blender it will be extra work but you can mash the banana and strawberries by hand then mix into the yogurt and lemon

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap or parchment
paper for easy removal later

Now for a little extra texture, we added about 1 cup of diced frozen strawberries and gave it all a stir to evenly distribute them

Cover and freeze for about 30-45 minutes until the popsicles are partially frozen but still malleable

You want the mixture to be thicker to help support the popsicle sticks when you add them

To do this, cover with a couple layers of plastic wrap which will also help to stabilize the sticks
then use a small knife to cut slits at all the points you want to place a popsicle stick

Depending on the size of popsicles you want, you can add more or less slits

Poke a popsicle stick into each slit but make sure it doesn’t go completely to the bottom then freeze again for another 4-6 hours or until completely frozen

Use the plastic wrap to pull the popsicles out of the mold, If it’s sticking, try running the sides under warm water to loosen them then remove the plastic wrap and slice into individual popsicles

Once sliced you can eat these right away or return to the pan and freeze for future snacking.
